Thank you so much to all the talented vendors involved and to 100 Layer Cake for the feature! Photography: Chelsea Q. White Venue: The Grove Planner: Best Day Ever Events Flowers: Details Dallas MUAH: Stephanie Nelson Makeup and Hair Dress: de ma fille bridal Paper & calligraphy: Alli K Design Cake: Jar Cakery Film processing: The FIND Lab When Jeff first contacted me to surprise his wife, Christine, with a session around the holidays, I was ecstatic. Not only is Christine the brilliant stylist, planner and owner of Best Day Ever Events, but she is the sweetest gal around. And with Jeff's gesture, it was clear to me he was (and is), too. He told me that Christine is always making awesome things happen for other people and he wanted to make something awesome happen for her.
We met at the T & P Train Station in downtown Fort Worth for it's art deco 1920s vibe. It was the perfect backdrop. Christine pulled the whole thing together in less than 48 hours -- I know! They dressed to the nines, fitting perfectly into their surroundings. Jeff and Christine were pros in front of the camera and seriously made my job so easy. Fort Worth is the first city they've lived in as a married couple and I can't think of a better way to document such an importance place in their lives. Jeff, thank you so much for letting me be part of such a fun surprise for Christine. Y'all are gems! Those parks are some of the most beautiful (and free) photo shoot locations in all of Dallas.
